Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds are approved only for:
Damaged/Defective Items: Report within 7 days of delivery + provide photos/videos of the issue.
Wrong Items: Notify us within 5 days of delivery (we cover return shipping for incorrect items).
Non-Delivery: If your order isn’t received 10 days past the domestic estimate (20 days for international) + we confirm with logistics.

No refunds for: change of mind, cosmetic flaws (non-functional), customs delays, or misused items.
